To be considered for a Cuestars Sponsorship Award you must be regularly attending a Cuestars Section (Click here for details of the Cuestars Sections currently available) and show good conduct at all times.

For Season 2006/2007 £100 Sponsorship Awards are available at the following events: -.

Section Rankings, Section Team Challenge Rankings, U21, U15 & U12 Rankings, Premier Series Rankings, Senior Rankings, and the 2007 Snooker Trials.

This years Snooker Trials took place at Salisbury Snooker Club on Sunday 3rd August 2003 and at Swindon's Jesters Snooker Club on Sunday 24th August 2003.

Professional Coach Frank Adamson, who currently coaches Ronnie O'Sullivan, was in attendance at both Snooker Trials to assess the players on view. From the information collected by Frank, Cuestars would pick the players to be offered sponsorship for Season 2003/2004.

Every player who attended this years Snooker Trials received a Medal to acknowledge their efforts throughout Season 2002/2003.

11 Players Chosen!

On Sunday 1st September 2003 Cuestars Directors Ron Knight, Dave Norman and John Hunter got together to decide which players would be offered sponsorship for Season 2003/2004. The method used by Frank to measure each players abilities helped make the task of picking the players for sponsorship possible. However, there were 11 players who all equally impressed Frank and Cuestars had planned to sponsor only 10 players this coming season.

After discussion no case could be made for removing any one of the 11 players from Franks selection, so a decision was made to offer sponsorship to all of the players Frank favoured!

So Cuestars would like to congratulate these players who will be offered sponsorship for Season 2003/2004.

All the players who took part in the Snooker Trials will receive the notes made by Frank during their assessment.

Cuestars would like to finish by saying well done to all the players who were chosen for the Cuestars Snooker Trials. Frank acknowledged that overall standards had again improved this year and Cuestars would like to also like to thank the Section Organisers and Coaches for their hard work throughout Season 2002/2003.
